Organisation Accounts

Each Sign.net business plan comes with 1 administrator account and 1 user account. The administrator account will have the overriding rights to manage the organisation and files, and will retain the documents when a user leaves the organisation.
No they don't. Recipients can view and sign documents on any web browser by clicking on the document signing email.

Billing

Your credit card will be automatically charged after the trial period ends.
Yes, your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the last day of your subscription period.
Yes, simply email us at help@sign.net to cancel your account. We will reply within 72 hours.

Rewards Program

Sign.net rewards you for helping us build a community for secure verifiable transactions, when you send & complete documents, verify your account and refer Sign.net to other users.
Sign.net points can be redeemed for paid services, such as document notarisation, monthly subscription, additional users or templates.
